Two weeks ago, the messaging app rolled out an update to filter unread chats from users of the Windows and macOS desktop beta app. WhatsApp is now available in WhatsApp Beta for Android 2.22.13.14.

Notably, a similar feature was released in January for business accounts. After installing the latest update from TestFlight, the messaging application adds a new whatsapp filter button. WABetaInfo also shared screenshots of the new feature.

The WABeta message further adds, "You can easily clear the filter by clicking the filter button again or the" Clear Filter "TAB. Also, when the filter is enabled and the search bar is used, only messages from unread chats will be displayed in the results.
